How to conjugate e-stems in Latin
The e-stems work similarly to the a-stems. In this example, we use terrere, which means 'to frighten'.
The stem of the verb is terre-:

---|---|
terreo | I frighten |
terres | you frighten |
terret | he/she/it frightens |
terremus | we frighten |
terretis | you (pl.) frighten |
terrent | they frighten |
